Made-to-Order & Lead Times
Are your pieces made to order?
All of our pieces are handmade to order in our Lisbon studio. Lead times are noted on individual product pages and are typically up to 4 weeks. We work with care and intention — each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Can I request a rush order?
Please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Materials
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted in sterling silver (925), hallmarked to guarantee quality and authenticity. We work with carefully selected gemstones and use traditional silversmithing techniques to achieve the sculptural, lace-inspired and organic forms that define the aesthetic that defines our brand.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
Yes. All sterling silver pieces carry the official hallmark, your assurance of metal purity and craftsmanship.
What gemstone options are available?
Gemstone options vary by piece and are detailed on each product page. If you'd like a specific stone or a bespoke commission, please contact us to discuss.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?

What if my ring doesn't fit?
If you're unsure of your size, we recommend getting measured at a local jeweller before ordering. You're also welcome to contact us — we're happy to advise.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
As of now, we ship to Portugal, the EU, the UK. However, if you’re somewhere else and would like to purchase a piece feel free to contact us and we’ll arrange shipping. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and are in addition to any production lead time:
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–5 business days
- UK: 3–5 business days
Please note that made-to-order pieces ship after production is complete. The lead time shown on the product page applies before shipping begins.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Because made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable unless faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
