These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services and products provided by Mara Boyce. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

All products offered by Mara Boyce, including but not limited to handmade sterling silver jewelry, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. It is important to note that the images and descriptions of our products are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual product accurately.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, address, email address, and payment details. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of our services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All sales are final upon confirmation of your order. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant a return or exchange. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for further guidance.

Intellectual property rights for all content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Mara Boyce or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mara Boyce operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.

Certification and product authenticity

All pieces are designed and handmade by Mara Boyce, in sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver. All stones are locally sourced from appropriate channels and local suppliers, and may be synthetic or natural.

All pieces are officially hallmarked in Portugal by INCM. Hallmarking is mandatory for any silver piece that weighs over 2g, and any gold piece weighting over 0.5g.

Payment and Price

All products available at www.maraboyce.com, as well as their price, are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude VAT for the meantime, and until further notice.

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) or Multibanco (for domestic PT orders).
