Please note that all pieces are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks to be crafted and hallmarked , before being shipped.

After purchasing your piece via our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox (don't forget to check your spam folder).

If you wish to exchange or return a piece, please email us at contact@maraboyce.com within 14 days of receiving your piece. These should show no signs of usage and should be returned in their original packaging. Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers bear responsibility for return shipping charges both ways.

Please be aware that refunds from returns do not include shipping costs associated with the initial order.
Custom duties and import taxes
Please note that orders outside the EU may be charged with custom fees or other tarifs, which are not included in the shipping price displayed at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. All duties and taxes are under the customer's responsability and Mara Boyce is not liable for any custom, duties or taxes that may be charged upon arrival/ delivery of package.
